In my experience I've learned lots of things, I've applied lots of technical knowledge, and those have permitted me to develop myself in other labor areas than the ones I'm working on. My work there is mostly done in computers, and thanks to all the Microsoft Office Certifications I've gone through (Word, Excel and Power Point), I can easily work putting into practice what I've learned 'till now.
My co-workers, help me a lot while trying to do other things I'm not involved to, as they're In a different area than mine, it's sometimes difficut to me to help 'em out with difficulties they might face. But together we've succeeded performing every-day work, with no problems at all.
A particular experience that the four of us did face, was to attend people's issues by telephone, none of us knew what to do then, and very terrified by how we were going to be asked things, nobody wanted to correspond the call, so Veralice, one of the employees working at the accounting's department, received the call and provided the information to the student wanting information. Then we felt ashamed, and received a training on how to correspond and resolve people's doubts. It was really good though, and thanks to that situation, now we know how to deal with those types of problems.
