My full name is Luis Fernando Torres Martínez, I'm 17 years old I do really like being called "Fer" instead of my proper name "Fernando". I live in Apopa city. My favorite things to perform are: my passion about electronic music, my enthusiasm while playing soccer and playing video games.
Why did I decide to perform interships, you may wonder.
The reason is easy to answer! First, it's a great opportunity to develop new abilities and a lot of labors in an office also, for it to be an awesome and incredible opportunity to acquire new knowledge about plenty of areas that are managed in a real company. Those are some of the most important things I'd considered before my interships started.
These days, I've been working on ETG, which means English Training Group, here we all do several activities, as you can see in my personal description I'm trying to make emphasis of all the things I've learned since I'm there! it's great, everything is that is done there is cool, is most likely to be in English; so that, we all get accostumed of it and learn, both at the same time. Here you're sure that you'll learn and prove to yourself what you can do, and if can't do something, you'd be encouraged, and tested 'til you get the results the entrepeneurs and of course, the enterprise wants you to have.
Everything that I do there is very interesting, something of the most important done in ETG, is to manage students and to send feedback every fifteen days to all of 'em, for us is a daily work, you have to register into the platform, in which everything is controlled, and check out what students have been doing in a certain period of time, if they work on the assignements or not, if they read or complete tests that we provide there or not, and other several types of things.

As a matter fact, my interships in ETG, have been very successful and awesome. My treatment there, has been the best, my bosses are comprehensive, they do not scream or yell to the intershippers, that's me, and we're all happy with everything. Learning, practicing and developing new abilities day by day.
